Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for freight carriers and do not currently ship outside the United States.

The shipping cost is shown in your cart and again at checkout, together with the order total, before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
Processing and delivery time
- Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Delivery: 3–7 business days after the order ships, depending on your location.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.
Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or contains the wrong item, email support@alltaxnet.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before paying. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
