30-day returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
- The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and documentation.
- Items that have been installed, configured, activated or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for a refund. Opened items that are defective are covered under “Defective or incorrect items” below.
- Gift cards and items marked “final sale” on the product page are not returnable.
How to return an item
- Email support@alltaxnet.com or call +1 (302) 597-2480 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address within one business day.
- Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the package, and ship it with a tracked service.
Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. If the item arrived defective, damaged or was not what you ordered, we pay for return shipping.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the full price, including original shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. There is no restocking fee.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
